1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AcreBridge (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, sellers, and buyers.
2. About AcreBridge
AcreBridge is an online marketplace that connects land sellers and buyers across India and facilitates related services. AcreBridge is not a party to any transaction between users and does not own, sell, or buy the land listed on the Platform.
3. Listings & verification
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including ownership, title, area, and price. While AcreBridge reviews listings before they go live, this review is not a legal verification of title. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before transacting.
4. Fees
Listing on AcreBridge is free. Any applicable fees are success-based and communicated to you transparently before a deal is initiated; they apply only when a transaction closes through the Platform. No fees are charged upfront.
5. User conduct
You agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content, not to infringe others’ rights, and not to misuse the Platform. AcreBridge may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcreBridge is not liable for disputes between users, the condition or legal status of any land, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
